Welcome and thank you for visiting our website. You’re here because you are planning a wedding or event or just looking for some amazing food, and you’ve come to the right place! It has been a dream of mine to open my own business for some time. Originally, I would have never thought it would be doing catering, but here I am today, in love with every aspect of the industry, with no sign of turning back.

            I’ve lived in the Rockford area my whole life. My parents sent me to school from kindergarten through high school in Rockford. After high school I spent some time at Rock Valley College, and being undecided with my major took some time off and just worked a variety of jobs. Then I had a job opportunity to with a local caterer, where I worked closely with the owner. He took me under this wing and showed me everything he knew, all the ins and outs of the catering industry. It was during this time that I knew I found my calling and passion. Watching and learning from someone who’s love for cooking along with his willingness and compassion to treat every person who walked through his doors showed everyday he came into work. It was a pleasure to watch him speak with customers he had just met yet treat them like they had been friends for years. My love for people and for the catering industry grew more and more every day because of him. I had the privilege of working for him for just over 11 years.

            My love for food was something that I was practically born with. When I was a little girl, I remember some of my fondest memories started or happened in the kitchen. My family loves to cook and I especially remember cooking with my mother and grandmother. From the family recipes that had been passed down for year, to experimenting with new ones. There was always such joy and laughter when everyone was together cooking. And it was not just cooking I learned, but the love of entertaining. The attention to details and coordination that was made about what table cloth and napkins to use for the perfectly set dining room table to the menus for all our Christmas and holiday meals. To this day my husband and I enjoy inviting family and friends over for cookouts, pool parties, and holidays so we can entertain and serve amazing food!

            I want to thank my husband Matt, and our 2 beautiful girls, Ariana and Kathryn, for allowing me the opportunity to reach for my dreams and start my own catering business. Though it may mean long hours, working weekends, or missing that bedtime story, I believe that this opportunity is going to one day show our girls that if you dream it, anything is possible. I hope that you feel my love and passion for what I do when we meet or talk.
